Corporate Knowledge Management with OKenterprise

The OKenterprise use case explores the applicability of the contributions made by the INSEMTIVES project into the corporate portals domain, enriching a traditional corporate portal, as it is the one currently used by the Telefonica Investigacio n y Desarrollo (TID) employees, with automatic and user-guided semantic annotation capabilities. These annotations are used afterwards to increase the final users’ experience and performance providing enhanced features such as:

  • Enhanced searching capabilities including more accurate semantic searches.
  • Enhanced navigation capabilities including more accurate content recommendations and related readings.

In L!NKS, communities with a common interest (e.g. Semantic Web research community and joint conference series; family pictures; friends, etc.) can create, search and take challenges for annotating limited, well-chosen sets of pictures in a semi-automatic manner. As rewards, L!NKS provides wall notifications on Facebook, rankings with friends, challenges and sociability.

The player has to drag the tags to matching scenes in the video in order to fill the ball with energy in case that the predictions are accurate. In case there are enough matches the ball will explode. Non fitting tags can be burned by dragging them to the candle.
